Project overview

This client came to us to build a new, seamless system for their insurance agents to manage all of their data, contracts, and customers securely and seamlessly.

Challenges

The large ecosystem of insurance agents has led the brand to face the problem of data management from many channels in general, and management at agents in particular. 

Building and optimizing a comprehensive management system is not easy. The current system of Mirae has many limitations in all aspects: the unfriendly interface, delayed processing speed, and ineffective data management.

To solve the problem, they came to us to build a new seamless system that would allow their insurance agents to securely and seamlessly manage all the data, contracts, and clients.

‍Solutions

We build a new system that is implemented based on the CSharp language, making the Code transparent, and easy to modify or extend in the future. By implementing SOAP and CronJob, data in the new system and the current system are synchronized with each other. Now the new system uses a separate database, offloading queries and computations to the existing database. 

This revolution allows agent users to easily manipulate and perform tasks such as: securely creating profiles, managing users and contracts, assigning records to employees for processing, printing all documents included in the contract, and managing system forms.
